Refrig freezer over frosted...could not put anything in it. They came to get the refrig...once moved there was dirt and trash under it. The shower was slippery and daughter almost fell...caught self. They would not give me points for spending around 1200 for the hotel through booking.com. These 3rd parties help you fill rooms. The lady at the desk was so matter of fact and went over all the benefits I do not get. I was pissed. Other hotels honor my status. Just not right...won't be back.
