Negatives: Service was terrible. I forgot my passport in my hotel room. When I discovered it the same day, I immediately called and sent an email. The receptionists promised that they would immediately look for my passport and would respond promptly. It never happened, no one called me. Though I made it very urgent and told the administration how devastated I was, I had to phone more than half a dozen times until the house keeping management finally reacted and told me my passport could not be found. Then a day later I received an email from the hotel (four days after I had sent it) thanking me for the notice of my loss and that my email would now be forwarded to the hotel management to take care of my request. This is absolutely ridiculous and a sign of bad and unqualified service and management!

Negatives: These were the smallest rooms I ever stayed in . Had room 2 night checked out after first night . Stuff in like sardines and they pre charge you 75 a night incidental fees which is insane to pre charge . Would never recommend this place to anyone . I will say props to photographer for making room look decent in pics good job

Negatives: This hotel was unfortunately overwhelmed by weddings all weekend. Every space, from the lounge to the roof deck, was packed with loud guests. For someone sensitive to smoke, like myself, the roof deck (where some guests were smoking) was unusable. The biggest letdown was the room size. The booking.com photos were misleading; in reality, the rooms were tiny. After unpacking luggage, there was barely enough space to move around. The walkway between the nightstand and bed was absurdly narrow, requiring sideways walking (picture attached). There was only one nightstand and the other side of the bed did not have any outlets/usb ports for phones. The discomfort didn't end there. The bed was easily one of the worst I've encountered, and the sheets felt worn and desperately needed replacing. Adding to the frustration were the perpetually empty shower dispensers. Despite requesting refills from the front desk three times, none were provided. This, along with the long waits for the tiny elevators (one of two broke after drunk wedding guests overloaded it), suggested the hotel was understaffed. The remaining tiny elevator (the hotel only has two elevators) was completely inadequate for the number of guests, especially after the other one broke. The last two days were spent waiting excessively just to get around the hotel. Finally, the hotel's location wasn't the best and there were no convenient stores nearby for grabbing necessities. Overall, this hotel wasn't worth the hassle. Spend a little extra and find a better experience elsewhere.

Negatives: Room too small. Air conditioner blows directly onto the bed. Inedible (completely undercooked) breakfast waffles at Christian James restaurant. Dirty glasses (lipstick) at lobby bar.
