We were pleasantly surprised by this motel despite the negative reviews. The staff was friendly (they gave an extra hour to check out) and the room was of reasonable quality given the price we paid.

The only negatives that I will mention is that the room smelled slightly of smoke and we did see a bug or two but they were cute.

Would NEVER recommend this motel. Booked months in advance to stay in town for a Steelers game. The day OF leaving to travel to the motel, I missed a call from motel. Called right back within 5 minutes to be told they “cancelled” my reservation because they ran my card (without authorization!!) and it declined because I had my account locked. The staff at front desk actually hung up on me when all I said was how would that warrant my reservation being cancelled I called you back within 5 minutes. Absolutely terrible service!

We booked a quad room and got there to only having one bed in our room. Manager was so rude. Saying that she’s there on her day off saying she doesn’t care about how they booked us the wrong room and proceeded to keep saying rude comments. I’ve never had that experience with any hotel ever and I’ll never be going back here
