Hotel was in a great location, room was clean with nice shower and comfy bed. Robe was a nice touch.

Outdated. No smart tv. The chromcast to be able to stream your own content wasn’t working for us the first night and the second night when it was working, you had to pay extra for WiFi which wasn’t worth it after paying almost $400 for 2 nights

Positives:
Staff in the gift shop were unpleasant. An item was not marked and I asked the cost and the employee said “I have no idea”. Never looked them up.
Valet were not helpful upon arrival. It was very busy, which is fine. When I asked for assistance from valet about how to get help with valet the worker said “we have no room. You can’t park in the street”. I said I was aware and wanted to know where to go. He said “around the block” but not kindly, more matter of fact - like I should know. Not helpful.

Didn’t have a great atmosphere or soul to it. Staff were very accommodating with a late checkout. Coffee shop had little choice to eat . Tap bar good for a burger but main restaurant only open Thursday Friday Saturday.
