The staff were very friendly! The views were amazing from the lobby/restaurant. Unfortunately we were disappointed to receive a non view room. The carpet in the room was gross and should be replaced. The room and shower/ bathroom were very well done! More hooks for wet towels and clothing would be great, there was only one. The pool and the pool room were not heated and it was freezing! No one was using it and I'm sure that was the reason.We did enjoy our stay!

The location of the hotel was ideal. It was also the hotel that I was attending an event at. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was ok. The view from the room was really nice!
Negatives:
My experience was not great. The staff was very unhelpful with booking issues. Communicating with them over the phone as well as on chat was not productive at all. The hotel itself was fine, but general communication and professionalism could've been better.
The toilet in my room was also really small for the price that I was paying for the room.
