Room needs carpet or rugs. Promised a corner room but not a corner. Room was not very clean and beds are hard. Only plus was room was large. Not worth $839 on Sunday night!

Issues first night with bed were not clean. The first manager was reluctant to assist accordingly, but Ms Peggy, who took over, ensured we changed room and enhanced our experience ..Our confirmation # 4129683614, and we have booked this reservation on 02/09/2024 for 3 nights. After an exhausting drive for approximately 7 hours from Indiana, there was a terrible issue with our room .
The level of disappointment is one of the total extreme regarding cleanliness. We hope management remedy the emotional and mental mental distraught of the situation, and reach out to Booking and have some reimbursement done.
