Location is great. My second stay for that reason. The shape of the room was also good for our needs.
Negatives:
Wifi didn’t work the majority of the time. We didn’t receive any housekeeping. The pullout couch mattress was absolutely terrible. Had to call down multiple times for bedding, towels and wifi issues.

Our TV was broke in the room and the sliding bathroom door barely worked. Toilet was also dirty underneath the seat upon arrival.

It was in a good location and was clean and nice.
Negatives:
The staff was rude and did not communicate well at all. Check in was a nightmare, computers were down so they had to “manually” check in everyone and it took over an hour and half and then charged my card twice, then they charged me over night parking and then a “special rate fee” for Sunday since there was a game after I was told I would only be charged the one time for overnight.

Positives:
Had river view and it was a great view, huge window as well to look out of. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was as expected, had King size bed which was huge and comfortable. It's a bit dated but it's an old building and I don't get bothered by any of that because it was comfortable and clean. Plenty of elevators so never had to wait. Rooms were quiet, traffic/trains were a barely audible muffle and the rooms AC was great. Was really happy with my stay.
Negatives:
You are on the point which is good for the views but everything is a little bit of a walk if walking because you're on the edge of the city in a sense.
