Our hotel is in the Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus, just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. We're less than half a mile from Plymouth Meeting Mall and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. The room was unsanitary, furniture old written and stained. Carpet old, dingy and stained. Tub stopped frozen unable to fill the tub. Bath light didn't work

Room needed to be condemned.
Positives:
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, however, I thought it was included in the price of the hotel stay, as it is with the Embassy Suites. The location was nice, as it's across from a mall and close to our Tournament.
Negatives:
Breakfast being included with the price. The housekeeping staff didn't want to be bothered and seemed to avoid contact.

I called ahead of time to confirm the reservation because the past three times I wanted to stay there there was an issue . Twice they couldn’t confirm the reservation so my family and I had to find accommodations in the middle of the night. I was double charged and didn’t receive a refund and the staff were rude and acted as if they could care less. This last visit we came with swim wear on and no one even mention that the pool was closed on that 100 degree day !

Our room was clean but, getting tired - could use some updating.

The refrigerator needs attention. We had picked up sandwiches, snacks and drinks for our drive home but, everything was frozen the next morning.

The staffs were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
The drain in tub did not drain properly, around 2 inches of water in tub while taking shower. One of the bath towels looked dirty. The electric outlet in bathroom doesn't work and there doesn't seem to be a vent in the bathroom. The hotel shows its age as the capet in both room and hallway seem dirty. The last night we stayed, there was a party and it was still noisy pass midnight.
