Our hotel is in the Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus, just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. We're less than half a mile from Plymouth Meeting Mall and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Beautiful property with so much potential, but the attitudes of the employees makes for an uncomfortable experience.The individuals you hire will affect the tone and quality of the establishment and in the long run will affect the guests you attract. Unfortunately because of this alone I cannot return and if you review other comments from previous guests you will see very similar reviews. Competition in the hospitality field can be fierce so change your ways before its too late. It was not pleasant to be so mired.

The room! The bed lamps broken, one did not work at all. The furniture was older and chipped. The comforter between the two sheets on the bed was disgusting! Glad we were there only one night!

After you got past the entry area the rest of the hotel was dirty and dingy. Carpets ripped up in the hallway. We reserved for 4 people in the room a only had 2 towels. Paid for an upgrade to have a balcony and there was nowhere to sit on it, what's the point? Bricks on the floor of the balcony were loose and had nothing holding them in place. Room was ok but again run down and dingy, not what you would expect for a paid upgraded room.

The room was unsanitary, furniture old written and stained. Carpet old, dingy and stained. Tub stopped frozen unable to fill the tub. Bath light didn't work
