Our hotel is in the Plymouth Meeting Executive Campus, just off the Pennsylvania Turnpike. We're less than half a mile from Plymouth Meeting Mall and LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Positives:
In the check in they charge me over the amount that I booked in booking by 150 USD, and also they ask for 50 USD of deposit for each night not as mentioned in the hotel description (50 USD for the entier stay) or even in their website, the problem they didn’t even apologies about this situation.
But the day after the men in the desk called “Thaddeus” was very gentle and manage the situation with perfection even more he offered me a complimentary diner at the hotel restaurant.
In general the hotel nice except the weekend where people comes to celebrate and make a lot of noise.

The fact that we were told we weren't on the list to eat breakfast and we're told to pay $20 each,the room was dirty mold in the tub had to change rooms tv didn't work never came to fix it in the one room never got a do not disturb sign so came back and they were in the room cleaning so I ask them to wait till tomorrow

The actual building and design of the hotel is great.

This hotel has been ridden hard over the years but not kept up to par for a Doubletree. Although the rooms were clean, all the furniture was worn and tired. The property needs a face-lift in the worst way to return it to its former glory. The property was a top notch hotel in its day!

Booked last minute and got a great deal...very nice room, beautiful lobby, pool was huge. the buffet was amazing, even had a nice guy cooking waffles, omelets, and pancakes fresh. totally worth the money.

Positives:
All of the staff were friendly, helpful and kind and the rooms are clean.
Negatives:
but I was told that the water would be turned off for a few hours during the day and that definitely was annoying and in the way but we made through. Also the toilet handle just stopped flushing in both of our rooms so I had to lift the top of the toilet. I called down the day of checkout become it was so late at night but they just say alright. Anyways I enjoyed my stay other than the few annoyances.
