Coffee smelled good. But that's about it.
Negatives:
I've already responded to another email request. My stay was not up to my satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Also, what you call "breakfast" is what I call a snack; prepackaged mini muffins, snack bars is not "breakfast". My suggestions is tear it down and rebuild new. Worn, very very worn out.

Clean room and comfortable and clean bed.
Good accessible location with a Dunkin Donuts 200ft away.
Fairly large room and galley kitchen area.
Good dog relief landscape but a refuse bag dispenser was empty.
Negatives:
Expensive (and unknown until we arrived) $25/night surcharges for bringing our dog.
No room service for a full weekend stay. Cannot even exchange diety towels for clean ones - must wait at least 6 hrs to have the dirty towels cleaned!
Only one out of four lights worked in the bedroom area. Wall jack's did not work either! Only one out of two sets of countertop ac outlets were working.
Credit card did not appear to be just held or authorized for checkout payment...The entire cost of the stay wad processed prior to being allowed to go to the room.
Walls ate not well soundproofing and each night there was a period of loud booming music heard.
Bathroom sink drain was very slow to drain.
