After accepting a late check out request with no charge per the hotels email and then confirmed at check in, I was later told that was not the hotels policy and the 3rd party made that call without authority. I was then told it would be 11 dollars which is no big deal right, but was the called to come down with my credit card so a 50 hold could be placed. I opted to just check out.
