Positives:
The location can't be beat. It is right in the heart of Plymonth Meeting and right off the entrance to the PA turnpike and all of the highways that intersect in that area, My queen room was very large, which was nice. Also, the front desk staff was very nice and pleasant and helpful.
Negatives:
The room needed a major overhaul. Veneer on the cupboards was peeling off and chipped paint on the walls. The cord to the iron had bare wires. There was a phone in the room, but it had no cord to plug it into the wall, so it was just a random unusable phone. The bathroom has dirt accumulated in the corners and the shower drain backed up. There were no hangers in the closet. The "fitness area" had an elliptical, recumbant bike, and treadmill and one set of 10lb dumbbells. There was no pad to lay on the floor and no wipes to sanitize the equipment when you were done.

Disappointing
Positives:
I regret to inform you that my recent experience at your establishment was deeply unsatisfactory. I encountered an infestation of bugs in the bedroom, specifically in the headboard of the bed. Despite presenting concrete evidence of this issue, my concerns were disregarded and my request for a resolution was met with resistance. I subsequently escalated the matter to your corporate office, but unfortunately, my attempts to communicate with them have been unsuccessful. Despite numerous phone calls, I have yet to receive a response from either the district manager or the regional manager. This lack of attention to my concerns is disheartening and reflects poorly on the establishment's commitment to customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the property manager has also demonstrated a lack of concern regarding this matter.
