Positives:
Location was fine. Restaurants and shopping were close. The breakfast food was fresher than at other Stay America's. The gym was sufficient for my needs.

When I first walked in, it was damp and musty smell. If you didn’t have your own charger that they did not have a UPS for your phone. Slide open doors were broken so one would slide open.

Horrible experience

Booked the room over a week in advanced for a lacrosse tournament. Called to let them know we would be checking in late due to game times. Once we got to the hotel we were told that they were sold out. We stayed that we had a reservation then was told that they only had dirty rooms and housekeeping was gone for the day.
The front desk did not even ask for our name and just walked away. Luckily found the Hyatt House to stay at but unfortunately at double the price.
