When I got there I had to wait 20 minutes before I was assigned a room. When I got to the room, the staff member was still cleaning it and told me it would be another half hour. I went back downstairs and had to wait another 10 minutes before being assigned to another room which had a soaking floor and missing amenities. Not satisfied.

Location is ok but still have to drive behind many corporate buildings to get there

No staff at check in desk for very long, had to ask for help mu;ltiple times before someone showed up. Then at 6 pm they told us room was not ready but there was sno staff to do cleaning so the desk person himself took some pillow covers and went to the room to clean. Not sure what he did there because when we were elet into the room, the trash had not been emptied and the bed sheet on the bed had not been changed. At night the room was extremely noisy with loud TV noise the whole night. Even though they told us there was an inside door in the lobby which is locked every night , it never was locked when we walked in

This was a crazy stay— our room wasn’t ready due to a broken washer, and myself along with many other couples were made to wait for hours. No offer of any compensation was made at any time. Never again with Extended Stay
