Negatives: The property was filthy. Especially the bathroom shower.

Negatives: I had the worst experience with any hotel. My son had a squash tournament early Saturday morning. We decided to book a nearby hotel so he can rest well. We booked this hotel from booking and got the confirmation. We informed the property that we would check in between 11pm and midnight. The property confirmed. After 2.5 hours drive, my son and I arrived. There were many people in the lobby. I rang the bell but nobody opened the door. After a while, finally a guest opened the door for us. I approached the front desk and would like to check in. The front desk lady simply told me that “Sorry. They overbooked us. There is no more room left.” This is the first time I heard a hotel can be overbooked. I have to call bookings a couple of times to resolve the issue. The customer representative of booking informed me that they got the confirmation from Extended Stay. They tried to get hold of the front desk but cannot get through. That’s strange because the front desk lady was right there in the office. I tried to give the phone to the front desk lady so she can speak to the booking customer representative directly to confirm they are overbooked. All of sudden, she told me “we have a cancellation. I can give you a room.” After 5 mins, she gave me the room card. We went to the room. The room was empty. That means the room was available when we arrived. I was seriously puzzled why she wouldn’t give me the room in the first time. We wasted a whole hour until 12:30am in the early morning to get to lay down and rest.

Negatives: Breakfast was less than desirable

Negatives: Not enough staff no towels nor wash rags

Negatives: Was not for me

Negatives: The outside looked appealing. The inside lobby & corridors needed vacuuming. The carpet had leaves, paper and debris on it. The bathroom was inaccessible in hallway near fitness; fitness room had no towels or sanitary napkins for cleaning the equipment(there was a dispenser, but it was empty). The Clerk who registered me; put my credit card on the table, as opposed to returning it back to me. The bed was supposed to be a queen, but was definitely full size. We forgot a pair of shoes & when we called back to see if it could be mailed( as we live in another state) & was told that they don’t do that; we would have to return & collect it.

Negatives: The refrigerator in the room didn't work.

Negatives: Though they clean some parts the room was still sort of dirty and the floors were full of animal hair could’ve been a cat. This made sneeze and caused some allergy symptoms.

Negatives: I didn’t like the hard water stains on the shower doors.

Negatives: Bed was to hard

Negatives: The hotel cancelled our confirmed booking and we had to struggle to get alternate booking at nearby property
