Every little comfort included. Breakfast, iron, hair dryer, TV, coffee/tea with brewer., seating area. Pretty blind! I want one.
Negatives:
The beautiful firepit outside was right below my window on the 3rd floor, and people were still out there when I went to bed around midnight. I could hear loud talking and laughing but not too extreme. I did eventually fall asleep.
