Negatives: Everything

Negatives: It's just a misleading advertisement. At breakfast time, nothing existed. The worst thing I've ever seen in my life was that Motel 6. The quality was terrible, the cleanliness was horrible, the treatment was terrible, there was no professional ethics, the smell of marijuana and cigarettes is horrible. They smoke inside the rooms because the smell came in through the bathroom. It was the most fatal experience I've ever had.

Negatives: The bad Cat smell on the room next door is bad y'all need to send an inspector to check

Negatives: At first, I was Feeling a little insecure because Motels location, but once they settled in and it was fine

Negatives: Old loud and behind a strip mall

Negatives: My begest disappoint was no refrig and $20to get one, Would have paid but thought $20.00 per day was a little unfair.

Negatives: When I arrived there was an issue with the check in . The individual at the service desk was EXTREMELY RUDE and IGNORANT. I usually stay so I don't have to make the long commute to work. I was MADE to wait 3 1/2 hours for a room that was booked AND PAID FOR , with a 12 noon check in. I have been doing this same routine since February of this year. I NEVER ONCE had an issue. The staff was always nice and very accommodating. I usually get Miss Kim on her shift. Or her son on his shift. And both have gone above and beyond to help with whatever they can. I never met or saw the particular individual I met yesterday UNTIL yesterday. I tried to explain to her that I had a paid reservation and that the 3 1/2 hours I WAS TOLD to wait was long because there should be a room ready sooner than that. She cut me off at every turn. She was rude, she played into the stereotypes of how they perceive African American people, she was more worried about her phone than providing customer service. What I got was an attitude and a lot of rude lip service which was uncalled for!!!! She proceeded to tell me that nobody checks in until 3 pm.. that's the policy... that's how she was trained... etcetera, etcetera. That her house keepers told her no rooms would be cleaned until 3 pm. I have done this plenty of time. I kept trying to explain to her I understood what she was trying to tell me but that I knew I could check in BEFORE 3 pm IF rooms were available. I know the policies because I downloaded AND read them carefully since I would be using the facility regularly for work purposes. I was told that if I didn't like what she was telling me, that I can go to another motel. I was told, " You can go...leave" 4 times being rudely spoken to and hand motioned to in a ghetto fashion. She accused me of coming at her which was not the case.
