Negatives: This was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever unsuccessfully tried to sleep in. The desk clerk was surly. The hallways were very noisy until very late. People were smoking right outside the front door, and you had to pass through a cloud of smoke and used cigarettes to get in.

Negatives: Weekend pricing compared to weekday pricing

Negatives: the bathroom was dirty. found multiple cockroaches. floors were so dirty it left bottom of socks black. sheets were stained.

Negatives: Everything, thermostat in my room was broken, they couldn't find me another room without a managers approval and they already charged my credit card, the manager never answered, 2 employees on duty couldn't help, then one employee who was off duty finally said that she thought they would call someone else. She was the only one who seemed to care about any kind of customer service. They finally got a hold of this guy, who went to the storage room, got a new thermostat and put in the batteries and installed it in about 10 minutes, that was after an hour and a half going back and forth with the people at the front desk It was just bad. They didn't understand why I didn't want to sleep in a room that was 50 degrees. I would have left but they had me, they charged my card and did it would be a few days to it credited back.
