Positives: Breakfast was adequate. Need to have trays for guests to put their plates of food on. Need to have a coffee section in same area where breakfast is served. Room was clean and very comfortable.
Negatives: Microwave was at a very INCONVENIENT location. I am handicapped. Could not see the operating panel. Difficult to put food in a n d take out. Could not print out boarding passes at business center printer. Ray at front desk refused to help in this matter. Alan was very courteous and got our boarding passes printed after several failed attempts.

Negatives: The software system was down. We were told that we could not be checked in and not stay. I think you need to have a back up system in place so that guests who have booked and have proof of it, can still stay. Later in the day, the system was up and running and we were able to stay.

Negatives: The person who operated the desk wouldn't check me in due to Hilton global computer system being down. I asked if he spoke to his manager, he indicated that he was on Holidays. I asked if he could check me in using paper records, he indicated he couldn't. I had only a short time, due to having to help my sister make funeral arrangements. I had travelled all the way from Canada to attend the funeral her husband. Having to find another hotel under those circumstances was extremely stressful and more expensive. I went back after the funeral and the guy at the desk said he was the assistant manager and that I should've been checked in. This is why I'm giving a negative review. Not sure if the guy on the desk was properly trained. I'm also out an additional ~$40 due to having to book another hotel on the same day!!!!
