I don't understand why this hotel has so many stars. First, they didn't have enough room keys, and there was no soap provided, they don't have sign "Don't disturb." The pillows are another story. They must have taken them from the trash.
The food is unappetizing, and the breakfasts are inedible. For those traveling with children, it's important to note that the pool is only open from 10 AM to 7 PM
