The hotel was clean. Staff friendly. We were supposed to get to the hotel at 7pm. Ended up getting there after midnight due to a missed flight and Uber took us to the wrong hotel. We were tired hungry and frustrated. Had to get an Uber to the correct hotel and the staff made us feel so welcomed. The young lady apologized for us going through our ordeal and instantly made us feel relaxed. She even upgraded our room..we were so happy. All the frustration wiped away. It was very clean. Beds very comfy and we were happy. If I had money, she'd gotten a big tip. Thank you for making our stay worthwhile.

Almost everything. Room lighting was practically non existent. This was possibly my worst hotel stay ever. Always short of towels. Heating system didn't work at all. Room never got above 70 degrees in dead of winter. No blankets in room. Cleaning staff failed to replace toilet paper and took soap once opened and didn't replace it. Just awful experience. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. You'd have thought this was a two-star budget motel.
