I've stayed before and every time had been a good experience. Easy check in and out. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Priced good. Would have given a great, but those pillows were cheap and uncomfortable

I brought my 5lb dog and paid the 75 plus tax fee per night. That fee is a bit steep. I always travel with her and have either not paid extra or paid up to 50 per stay in other hotels. Therefore, to be charged 75 plus per night, I found it very expensive. Especially since she is my therapy dog. You have to do better than that price!

We stayed at this hotel for one night in October 2024, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences we've had. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear that the quality was far below what we expected based on the high price and good ratings.
The room itself was incredibly small and felt claustrophobic. There was barely enough space to move around, which made it uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing—there was no bar soap, and the toilet paper was so thin and poor in quality that it felt almost unusable. The bathroom was with visible stains on the toilet that made it look unhygienic and poorly maintained.
The TV in the room was very old and outdated, which wouldn't have been a big issue if the overall experience was better, but it added to the disappointment. The noise level was unbearable; we could hear constant sounds from neighbouring rooms and the hallway, making it impossible to relax. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, adding to our frustration.
The room was also poorly ventilated, making it feel extremely stuffy and uncomfortable to breathe in. Simple, expected items like slippers, toothbrushes, and other basic toiletries were not provided.
This hotel does not deserve its current rating. The only reason our expectations were high was because of the price and the glowing reviews, but even with modest expectations, this experience would have been far below average. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

We love this hotel. We’ve stayed here several times driving back and forth between Ohio and the East Coast and it never disappoints. Our room cost less than a Hampton Inn AND you get to eat in their great restaurant!
