Negatives: The door under our room (Entry B) kept opening and closing every few minutes after 5am making it impossible to get any sleep. The carpet on steps was very dirty. We did not like the layout of the bathroom/vanity.

Positives: The proximity to the venue was awesome.

Negatives: Our shower didn’t work great (or not at all), the carpets looked dirty with stains, no elevator even though there is only two floors. Also asked about a lower rate via email and never got a response so we paid $50 per night than what the nightly rate was. Very disappointing.
