Negatives: There was NO soundproofing. I could hear conversations in the rooms on either side. I didn't sleep well. Bed was hard, pillows smelled like they needed to be washed. Very expensive.

Positives: Very friendly staff. Nice and quiet. Bed was comfortable. The outdoor patio and the coffee service in the morning was very appreciated.

Negatives: The lighting in the room is very harsh. The LED bulbs are the bright white. Would have been nice if they were a softer white to make it feel more relaxed. Also, the hallways and elevators smelled like cigarette smoke.
