Positives: Clean, quiet rooms.

Negatives: Normally Hyatte Place State College has decent coffee which is a big plus but this time around, we were surprised to find coffee was already cold or lukewarm by 8am. And it tasted like it was a leftover from the night before. This was a big minus for us. Also, a restaurant staff was leaving an empty bag when he refilled some items on the counter. Some plates were not clean as well. Overall, the hotel itself and the rooms are still very nice but I feel like Hyatt is cutting a corner with breakfast and shrinking budget and attention.

Positives: Breakfast was good, nice variety. The handicapped room was very accessible including the shower bench.

Negatives: The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent. I could not get the temperature in the room to be comfortable (too cold). Maintenance was responsive to request.
