Positives: The hotel grounds is covered with trees; it's a beautiful little island between strip malls and residences. The room, common areas, and patio were spacious and inviting. The gym is well equiped for its size. Our room had a really nice kitchen with full fridge.

Negatives: The room was clean and neat but not spotless; we noticed an old barbeque sauce stain on the office chair. The hotel is convenient to downtown and campus but most people probably wouldn't consider it an easily walkable distance.
