we found hair in the refrigerator and when my granddaughter went to go to bed, she pulled the covers down on the bed and they were a pack of pills. They look like cold pills laying in bed under the covers.

The location and views were nice

The rooms were very run down and desperate need of renovation. Our room was for guests with pets and smelled like urine.

The our room was extremely dirty. There were numerous hairs and dirt in the bathroom. There were also ants in the bathroom. Front desk did not acknowledge nor care for the concern. The location is also far from the main area of Lancaster.

Sink stopper would not open in dressing area. Could not use sink. Spackled walls not repainted. No elevator. Carey not cleaned along edges.

Super outdated with no repairs done to fixtures in the room I was in. Crack lamp shades, broken floor lamp, rust on some of the plumbing fixtures and just really in need of repair across the board. The place is falling down.

Toilet plugged up. Staff came to fix it. We stayed in room. It sounded like an army of kids jumping up and down on the floor until around 11:30 at night. Saturday night.

They need better housekeepers the toilet was dirty as well as a few other things

The look of the buildings outside was nice.

Staff delayed/socially awkward, edging of the carpet suggested room hadn't been vacuumed in a while, large hole in the wall above bed with tissue stuck in it, the shower was in bad condition, no screens on windows one 1st floor. Not all plugs worked.

The room is dirty, the halls are dirty the whole place is dirty and run down. It appears they never dust anything in the rooms. The bathroom was scary I felt dirtier after my shower the tub is so bad. I can deal with old but the lack of cleaning was bad.
