Room was dirty, gross stains on carpet, cobwebs all over, the whole building smelled like smoke, even though it was a nonsmoking room, hair in tub drain, overall disgusting room.

Room was absolutely nasty. Had to get a wash cloth to dust off furniture before could use it for personal items.
ZERO hot water for showers, toilet paper holder was on floor, broken. Yes, we had a dog room, however, should not have to go buy Benadryl so husband could breathe!
Breakfast area had 4 tables or you could sit out in sunroom that was not heated at all. The worst lodging we have stayed at in 33 years of marriage.
