We made a last-minute reservation and the staff was super accommodating. Facilities were clean and our room was super comfortable. Wonderful pillows!
Negatives:
Only downside was the price for one night and we booked at around 10:30 at night for one night it was just under $200 so that's not great, but everything was wonderful.

My flight was late into PHL, so the airline said I'd miss the connection and to book a hotel quickly as they were running out. So I booked the Inn at Swarthmore online. A few minutes later, the airline was able to rebook me on another flight to Europe for that night. I immediately called the Inn at Swarthmore and "Catherine" said they would cancel the reservation, but only the manager could technically do it in the morning...and that they would reach out if there were any questions. I have never been within miles of the hotel and they charged my card and I have never heard from them. Infuriating, when it was late at night when I made a same day reservation and promptly cancelled it. So there is almost no chance my airline-induced predicament actually cost them anything...I just got the bad end of the deal. I would be grateful if they would correct the issue, especially when I had the courtesy to call promptly so they could resell the room.
