This was an amazing stay. Far enough away from home to feel relaxed, but close enough to home for a short ride home. The location was great. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was roomy and comfortable, and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I will definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent. A good variety and the hot foods were tasty. The room was spacious and there was a usable desk.

The air conditioning unit was noisy and woke us several times during the night. The room temperature was not adjustable.

I requested a high floor when I booked the property some time prior but they placed me on the 1st floor. I made mention of my request but they were unable to accommodate and the woman at the front desk was not apologetic about it either. Staff was disappointing for this reason.

Pool was being renovated and I wasn’t told when booking through booking.com. Our keys didn’t work the second day and we had to walk around the whole building to get to lobby so they could reactivate them.

Room size is large and clean. Coffee at lobby though sometimes coffee is cold at night. Lobby is nice. There is a swimming pool though i didnt use. good sound proof, didnt hear neighbors.

The mattresses were old an not very comfortable. Carpet is old. We had accessible room so we expected a shower but instead there was a bath tub and a bench. Breakfast had very Limited selections. House keeping every other day which is strange given that we paid a lot for the hotel room. They dont even through collect garbage on daily basis. Check-in desk forgo to tell us about house keeping schedule though she did apologize for the mistake of forgetting to brief us. Only give complimentary two small bottles of water upon check-in instead of every day. They sell one small bottle for $3
