I didn’t like how the bed was made it had blood on the mattress and smoke holes in the sheet and it was a plastic bag on top of the smoke alarm and I was supposed to have a smoke room but didn’t get a update of them not having it

The mattress had a huge hole in it plus a big dip on the one side. The bed was a king size, but the sheets were too small, plus the best pad was old and kept pulling off. The TV has a small white spot in the middle of screen and drove us nuts. We’re not sure if the floors or clean. We stayed for seven nights and not once had any room service.
