Positives: Close proximity to everything.

Negatives: The room was dirty. Dirty tissues found on the floor and pillows needed washed. We also booked a king size bed but had the room changed upon arrival and were told if we chose to cancel after that we would forfeit the money. Not a great experience for our anniversary weekend.

Positives: Good breakfast - it was a la carte menu only on weekdays. So they credited buffet breakfast price to our breakfast bill.

Negatives: There was strong CHEMICAL cleaning agent smell in the corridors leading to the rooms. This is a 4 star hotel - this is not expected at all in even 3 or 2 star hotel much less 4 star hotel. I realize the star rating is for restaurants but rooms have to have some standards too to match. Further the bed was decent but not the best - we had much better night at 3 star Fairfield Inn by Marriott on our return journey as this was a night halt on our road trip. We decided to stay there instead.

Negatives: Having checked in at 2am house keeping banged really hard on the door multiple times before 9am. Despite us only staying 1 night. I would have expected house keeping to come at the time of checkout for a one night stay, especially after checking in gone 2am

Negatives: Need a major upgrade! I was married there in 1987 and it was way better than! A little sketchy to get to your rooms because you had to walk down until like the basement to get on an elevator. I don’t know what somebody would’ve done if they were handicapped because the handicap lift was out of order, a lot of people smoking weed and all the elevators smelled.

Positives: Close to the casino, gave free cookies, had some good food, price of the room was great, relatively clean, lobby looked very nice, the staff were very nice

Negatives: Internet was absolute garbage, shower was moldy, pretty sure our comforter was moldy, the breakfast was way too expensive for what it was, the dinner options were very limited and also very expensive, was only given two sets of towels in spite of having a room for four, there’s no microwave in the room, they don’t accept cash anymore, the guest entrance side door didn’t work even though we had our key cards, they only have like one cart for your luggage that’s impossible to find
