The breakfast staff stole 7 dollars from me. I already tipped 5.50 and ended up giving them a tip of 12 dollars. On a 29 dollar bill. They filled up my coffee and water once. Then the front desk said they cant do anything. Shady. Will never return

The staff will write in whatever tip they want on your card. Had to call the bank to get my money back because front desk didnt help. Never returning. Do not go here

To access elevator you had to exit lobby and go down 2 flights of stairs! Advertised room service which didn exist! No luggage carts available. Its a poor excuse fir a Hilton property!
