Negatives: Hotel staff was rude. They charged me an extra $40 on top of the rate I was given when I reserved the hotel. So I didn't have the extra money for the event that I stayed in Wilkes Barre for. The staff was lazy. Made excuses for not wanting to do the things they should have been doing.

Positives: The breakfast was good, but my son forgot his wallet and airpods. We had already left and connected with the staff via a phone call and they were getting annoyed with my son for calling. It is extremely frustrating since loosing items is already stressful and then we got someone who did not want to help us.
