Positives: I always appreciate staying at the Hilton garden inn at Wilkes-Barre. I've come to expect the facilities to be clean and the staff to be friendly. Other area hotels fail at this.

Negatives: Sadly, it is no different for any other hotel. The blankets are thin the pillows are too mushy, but as I said it's that way for every hotel.
