The cleaning crew was very accommodating a nice when I ask for anything

The so-called free Wi-Fi was not working and I complained about it and they said OK but did nothing. The safe in the room was not working and I told them and they said that the maintenance man will be in on Friday. This was on Tuesday. Not very useful

Room was nice..they seemed to be all booked up, but despite that, it was very quiet. The woman at the front desk was very nice & git me checked in fast even though we didn't get there till late at night. Towels & bed linens were fresh & clean.

The room could have been a little cleaner. The floor needed to be washed & there was already someone else's hair in the shower/tub..must have been from the previous guests.

Although no fault of the hotel, the couple next to us in the ajoining room were loudly screwing most of the night with the TV blaring. pounding on their door and screaming through the walls had no effect. We called the front desk and the woman who answered the phone was reluctant to do anything about it..after calling her a few times she went down and also pounded on the door. calls to the room went unanswered. it was discovered that morning that they left during the night with the TV still blasting. Are the front desk personal not allowed to enter a room with the TV blasting to check on the people inside to see if all is well?
