I dont like the new furniture. Not looking for modern hard furniture.
Would rather it be practical and comfortable. I miss the old comfortable cushions and couch. Lobby is no longer a comfortable relaxing area - was a little disappointed to experience the hard chairs. They also sat you in am unnatural seated position

The staff was superb. TARA, in particular, was soooo helpful & compassionate. I have a very bad knee & back. Walking is painful. For some reason, despite my request for close proximity to the elevator, my room quite far from it, & my spinner bag wasn't rolling well on the carpet. Tara was on the floor w/ a housekeeping cart, saw me struggling, called the desk to change my room to one right next to elevator, & put my bag inside the room for me. OUTSTANDING!

Parking for old folks & handicapped people isn't very easy.
