Exceptional
Positives:
This is my out of town home away from home. The staff is EXCELLENT 24 hours a day, The breakfast is delicious great variety for me and the juice is always nice and fresh. The facility is ALWAYS clean
Negatives:
The iron was inoperable and the laundry facility needs to be updated which includes a bigger washing machine. Also, there should be more than one washer and dryer. Otherwise everything else is GOOD

Positives:
The staff was great for the most part. They were very helpful, and the hotel was clean. Check in was painless, even with the unexpected $300 debit hold on my card
Negatives:
Upon arriving to my room I quickly noticed that the water in the shower would not get hot. I called the front desk and told them my water was cold and was informed to let it run for a little, so I did2 hours later, still cold. I called again and had maintenance come check it out, to which I was told the handle was inserted upside down during installation incorrectly and I would need to run the cold side for hot water. Soon after, on my second day the brisk cold air conditioning still showing 66 degrees with the fan blowing was reduced to blowing barely enough air flow to prevent heavy perspiration. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. Those experiences along with the $300 unexpected hold on my card when the front desk sign clearly states a $50 hold definitely negatively affected my stay. If there is a similar hotel nearby at a similar price I would undoubtedly try out that hotel rather than to stay here again.

(real bacon and scrambled eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, muffins, cereal, yogurt, great coffee and juices) Room was super clean with comfy bed. Near Keswick Theater with many upscale neighborhood amenities like restaurants, shops etc... $99 weekday rate made this place an absolute steal. Avoid the hassle and stress of driving and parking in Philly. This Hotel is 8 minute drive to Willow Grove suburban rail station where you can park for free and take a relaxing 30 minute ride directly to city center attactions. A facility this nice would cost three or four times as much in downtown Philadelphia.

Elevator floor was dirty when we checked in and the following morning the same trash was pushed into a corner. However it was later taken care of. Also the person preparing the breakfast was very nice and attentive, but her apron was truly disgusting. It appeared that it had never been washed.
