Positives: I initially made a reservation through Booking before going to the hotel and everything was confirmed that the reservation was successfully made, and the price was $125, but after arriving at the hotel they told me that the reservation was not confirmed and asked me to pay $189 on the spot, and the fact that I paid $125 through Booking was returned to my card, I don’t understand why this happened, there were no slippers in the room, the TV didn’t work, there was no disposable toothbrush or toothpaste either. after leaving the hotel they gave me a printout of the payment that I paid $114 but they withdrew $189 from the card
