It was close to the area where I wanted to visit. Ample parking.
Negatives:
1) Gym was not usable equipment out of order. 7 days stay
2) ice machine out of order. 7 days.
3) could not print my invoice because printer was out of order
4) light fixtures in the lobby were out of order this did not effect me but it seem to be a trend in this facility.

Staff was really helpful and very friendly. We encountered Lori on just her 3rd day working there and she was wonderful. There was an issue with the AC in our room and they moved us without too much trouble right away.
Negatives:
The first room the AC made an awful screaming noise so we moved to another room. The second room it was very difficult to get the AC set to a comfortable temperature. The room was either too hot or too cold. Also, there was a dog in the next room that kept barking every time he heard a noise which was often, plus that person in that room was forever in and out letting the door slam each time. Not really the Hotel's fault but it was frustrating to deal with. The breakfast in the morning was quite bland and usually not quite hot enough.
