Positives:
Breakfast was fine except for the lady who made 20 waffles and loaded them into her car. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
Place was gross, it appeared most rooms had people living in them. Staff was throwing furniture off a balcony from a room into the common area. The room was gross - missing transition strip in the bathroom exposing tacks, stains and filth on the walls, moldy grout, dirty bathroom. Safety latch was broken on our door and traveling with three teenage girls that was scary. Men on the balcony at 8am drinking Modelo and heckling my daughters. We endured it. The fact that Wyndham lends their name to this glorified homeless shelter is astounding.

Good location. Room, beds, toilet, fridge, microwave are clean. Meet US standard.
Negatives:
Because bedsheets and towels are not replaced within 3 days. Bathroom is clean but bathtub water is draining slow in mine. Room trash not collected within 3 days, guests have to use outdoor trash cans. Public (out door) trash can is not clean, fly or insect may gather there (bad image!). Ice dispenser is limited but I can live with it. Only overflow water (or condenser water?) runs over the place, causing slippery on walkway surface - accident may happen (Hotel’s liability?). Landscape (grass) could be taking care of better, but I can live with it. Some of the AC is getting “super” aged, causing super noise like airplanes , but I can live with it. Lobby could be larger with vendor beverages and snacks, tv, sitting chairs (not sofas) so guests can wait comfortably for rooms or picking up. Provide courtesy phone, touch pad for taxi, uber, lift to pick up. Advertising more daily mini tours (museums and attractions?) so guests will love to stay in more weeks.

It was clean. The room smelled good. The coffee pot was in good working condition. The staff was friendly and easy to work with.
Negatives:
The bathroom door didn't fit the bathroom. You couldn't close it all the was. There was no knob on the door, let alone a lock. There was dried blood on one of the beds. The entrance door was stuck to the door Jam and I had to exert a lot of effort just to get in the room. The property itself was I a rough neighborhood. There was no one at the front desk to hand the room keys to upon check out.
