The WiFi and location were good.

There were roaches on my bed and behind it. I thought it was just one but there were more. I stayed a total of three days, broken up, and I received the same room both times, behind my bed were a bunch of crumbs, and empty bag, that was small enough for drugs, and a Trojan Magnum Condom wrapper. My comforter had cigarette burns on it. The toilet seat needed to be changed because it was peeling and falling apart. I want a full refund for all the days I spent there.

There were roaches on my bed and no one cleaned behind the bed. There were crumbs, an empty bag of drugs and a condom wrapper behind the bed. I want a full refund!

Our bed had several stains on the bed ..the blanket with filled with at least 100 cigarette holes ….bathroom was filthy hair everywhere and stains ….there was dog
Hair all over the bed and I am allergic to dogs…..the staff told us we were not allowed to switch rooms cause we had the room for 15 minutes and refused to give us clean linens. We had to go to the store and purchase cleaning supplies before we could sleep. I need a refund because no one should have had to stay in conditions like this.
