Room was not clean, floors were spot with trash from previous guests. Pillows and bedsheets stained, heavy smell of nicotine. Room was unbearable with nicotine smell (could cause toxic if not treated properly). Guests were noisy after 10:00 pm?. Bathroom is ok for the price, but could be better with little touch up (ie. baseboard missing, paint of bathtub peeled ). I think, with a little effort or painting, cleaning, then the room on the third floor, will be standard clean. Is it too difficult to make it meet US standard ?

In disrepair. Room was very small. Could not put a dog crate inside the room. There was a tub/shower with a bottom set up higher than the floor. The caution sign to the tub arrangement was in reverse.
