Positives: This is a convenient location for family visit in Rhode Island. The staff were exceptionally helpful and most welcoming

Negatives: We had a handicap accessible room to accommodate my 97 year old mother. The bathroom is large enough for a wheelchair or walker however the toilet is extremely low (not comfort height) and the only chair in the room was on wheels ( not safe for someone with unsteady gait) This would be reflective of the original design of the hotel not of the staff
