Room smelled bad — as if the cleaning products previously used had smells sink into the carpet, curtains, and headboard. The blankets were so thin that we had to ask for multiple extras for any meaningful comfort. The door to my room as well as several others in the hallway didn’t have a properly functioning closing mechanism, so they slammed frequently. The breakfast hardly qualifies as such. I can’t believe putting out mini muffins and nitro grain bars allows you to advertise that you offer breakfast!

I liked that it has a kitchen. You can save by preparing meals.

They don't clean. I was there more than two weeks. It said when I booked they cleaned once a week they don't. I had to buy cleaning stuff and do it myself. The bathroom and toilet got dirty was tough to clean. I requested cleaning was told I had to wait til I was there two weeks. Not even an option to pay for cleaning. People have pets there and they don't clean regularly. It is disgusting

The mattress was made from a slab of granite. So much shoulder and hip pain. Poor night of sleep.
Also, all drawers and cupboards were left open, making me think they fumigated the room for my arrival. Lastly, they take pets here, so if you have allergies, beware.
