The cleanliness was disgusting. Vomit on the toilet, on the wall...Blood on the floor, rice on the wall, paper on bed and night table. The table was not clean, like miroir and faucet...

Spacious & very clean, included large frig & microwave. Only half the price (WITH free parking) of most Providence downtown hotels that charge extra for valet parking!

Advertises "breakfast included," but it's really a continental breakfast selection to "take to go" (breakfast area had only a few seats to sit down and eat). Two staff members were abrupt. Room needs another waste basket & supply more and larger cups!

Everything is always so easy when we stay here. Hotel employees makes it welcoming and always checks on us. Hotel employee are great as well!

Nothing, this is a homeless shelter. I understand difficult times, but the way the staff treats guests, awful.. Please keep looking, no breakfast, I had to beg them for towels. For a couple of bucks more, you can stay at a Hilton property.

We had issues with the floor above us making alot of banging at all hours of the day / night. We contacted the front desk to address this issue multiple times but they never helped. Barely slept. Cleaning could have been better. Found hair in shower

Upon check in Jason changed our room to a room with two queen beds when I booked a room with a king bed. I was in a hurry and did not realize this until we came back late at night after a full day out. It was very inconvenient as I booked a king bed for specific sleeping arrangements with a toddler. It also seemed like this hotel was not located in a safe neighborhood
