Negatives: After you are in the hotel you must pay 200 dollars apart from the hotel cost in case you damage something and they will refund it a week later, for me it is an abuse, I think that with one business day returning the money is fine, a week is a lot without Say that you don't expect to pay 500 dollars in one night.

Negatives: Housekeeping - we opted out for housekeeping on our 3rd day housekeeping came into our room while we were out. She took our garbage along with my $25.00 travel coffee mug. Didn’t do anything else in the room. No bed, bathroom or even dishes. On check out day, while my husband was out, I was getting ready to pack up, that’s when I realized my mug was missing. At 9:30 someone was knocking on the door, it was housekeeping. I asked her if she came into our room yesterday she said yes, then I asked her about my mug. Her response was at first I don’t know what you’re talking about. Then she change her story and said she thought it was garbage. Mind you my husband had the exact mug next to mine by the stove. My response was well, I guess my $25.00 mug is your tip, you weren’t supposed to enter it clean the room till we checked out. With all my travels this is the first time something like this happened.
