Positives:
Room as well appointed and very clean. Very good breakfast as well. Location was very convenient to downtown Newport.
Negatives:
The gym was under construction so not usable. They offered us to use the Howard Johnson gym across the street Barking dog for an hour in the evening was very annoying but the front desk said they would look into it and it did eventually stop.

Hotel in decent shape, room was bigger than expected. Lady at the lobby was discreet and polite.
Negatives:
During breakfast hot water ran out in tea thermos and I was left without tea. When I asked the waiter could he fill it up, he mumbled something and nodded. Yet nothing happened within another 15min. I lost patience and left. While some good half an hour later checking out I thought maybe water it's not that big deal to boil some water. But no, unfortunately it must have been more important things scheduled.

The towels were thin - could have been better. I was told that daily housekeeping service was not done. So, I asked for clean towels daily, and instead, I got a full housekeeping service that day. I am confused... what is your policy?
