Positives: It was very clean, quiet, safe and comfortable with nice amenities, great bed, great shower water pressure and temperature, nice little deck and great, friendly and accomodating staff. Good breakfast and really nice eating area by the fireplace. I was very pleasantly surprised - I even stayed an extra night. I will be back.

Negatives: The only thing I would add is a coffee-maker.

Negatives: There wasn't an ironing board in the room. I asked for a wake up call for 7:30AM EST and the phone rang at 6:30AM EST. I spoke to the woman at the front desk and she helped me out, which I am grateful for. If there were real eggs at breakfast, that would have been super!

Positives: The rooms were nice, and the breakfast had a lot of options as well. The location was convenient.

Negatives: We were placed in a small section of the facility, that allowed for pets. We were not traveling with pets. We were unable to get a restful night sleep each night we were there due to the loud pet noises in rooms close by. I contacted the front desk staff, to inquire about what to do with the pet noise. They didn’t even check to see if another room was available, only that they were probably full. I was also told “that’s what dogs do”, when discussing the loud barking at 12:30/1:00 am.
